As a kid, I carefully hunted down high-resolution album art for my fifth-generation iPod Video. iTunes Cover Flow made that library feel personal. In 2026, I wanted to give my games the same treatment.
Games in Explorer is a Windows game library designed to live inside File Explorer. It brings a Cover Flow inspired shelf, a grid view, and game details into one place, so browsing a collection feels as considered as playing it.
This project grew from a personal memory into a small product-design and engineering experiment. I built it with GPT-6 Astra in Codex. The source is shared on GitHub under the MIT License for anyone who wants to explore, test, or adapt it.
